small room, some issues

small room loud area

The room was really small, about 15m, though the bathroom took up a lot of that space. our room was also right next to the laundry machines where staff seemed to hang out all the time. It was quite loud. the pool didn't look clean. It wasn't inviting. i wasn't happy.

Charming Stay Near Little India

great location efficient machines friendly staff

The location was excellent! it was close to an mrt station. I liked the free laundry room. The machines worked efficiently. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I always appreciate that.

The room layout was a bit odd! and space for suitcases was limited.

My room included a functional kitchenette, which helped a lot. The bed was comfortable. Fresh linens were provided daily. The air conditioning worked well. I could control the temperature easily.

The hotel has a small dipping pool on the same floor. It offers a nice way to relax after a long day. The gym had essential equipment. I saw treadmills, bikes and free weights.

small room impractical layout

the location was pretty good and close to the subway station. it made getting around relatively easy.

the room i was given was small. there was barely enough space to move around with my luggage (i felt trapped!). the layout was also impractical. i definitely wouldn't stay in a room like that again.

charming stay

efficient dryer modern space

hotel was clean and modern, it used space so well. the free laundry room was one of the best parts. the washers and dryers were the best i have used. they were large and efficient, washing and drying my clothes properly.

layout of the beautiful double room was unusual. the "corridor" from the door to the bed was very narrow. the bed is not very confortable for two people.

this location is unique, being in little india. the hotel is near a metro station, so it is easy to move around. there is also cheap hawkers all over the place.

inadequate beautiful room and poor service

poor layout inflexible staff

the hotel is near the mrt station allowing travel around the city.

the beautiful room was small with a terrible layout making it practically unfit. there was a lack of usable storage and space meant suitcases had to remain closed. staff were rude and inflexible refusing a room change despite availability.
